Apricot Garlic Club Roast

1/2 cup of your favorite dry rub
1 cup duck sauce
1 cup apricot preserve
1 cup bbq sauce
1/2 cup vegan worscteshire sauce
1/4 cup fresh minced garlic
1/4 cup red cooking wine

Prep heat your oven to 350.
Apply your favorite dry rub to the roast
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl
Place roast in a toaster/Pyrex/ 9x13 tin
Pour sauce over roast
Cover and bake for two hour or until fork tender
Allow roast to cook before slicing
